AA Files 1

The AA Files was a series of school publications spearheaded by Alvin Boyarsky, then Director of the Architectural Association School of Architecture (AA) in London. With momentum from activities such as news coverage of the school’s architectural projects, touring lectures, and painting exhibitions, the series became an event that brought together and promoted the school’s flourishing development, serving as an important force for connecting with the world. The inaugural issue organized content into three sections: lectures, reviews, and exhibitions and established the core themes for subsequent AA Files publications and the school's broader development, making it highly representative and significant for its era.
