“Collection” (Folio) is an important and representative series of publications by the London Architectural Union College (AA) in the 1980s, such as the first series published in 1983 — Chamber Music: Architectural Meditations for Themes in Heraclitus (Chamber Works: Architectural Meditations on Themes from Heraclitus), not only is the record of the first solo exhibition of the Polish-American architect Daniel Libeskind (1946-) in a major gallery, but his extremely abstract drawings also impinge on the architectural circle's conception of spatial mapping. The “Collection” series prioritizes the next generation of creators such as Ribeskin, Zaha Hadid, 1950-2016, and an attitude of drawing experimentation continues throughout the series that accompanies the exhibition.
