Project Riga is a catalogue of exhibitions held by Black Duck from November 20 to December 22, 1987 at The University of the Arts, Philadelphia's Rosenwald-Wolf Gallery and Hall. It documents the construction process of Black Duck's design manuscript and two special structures.

The book describes in detail the two prototypical structures of the Object/Subject. “Guest” and “Subject” are one of Dark Duke's theatrical characters who accompany him from one city to another, in some cases to places he has never been. After his debut in 1987, he appeared in his 1989 Seabird Trio (Vladivostok) In Riga, it became the Riga Project.
