Parliament Entrance Chur - Weber Plantahof Landquart Auditorium Consisting of two booklets, it contains two works by Valerio Olgiati: one for the first building he designed in the Grisons, a new passage to the Parliament of Cours, which won the Rabbit Bronze Award for “Best Swiss Architecture 2010”. The other is Weber Auditorium at the Plantahof Agricultural School in Landquart. Its support structures present challenges for architects and civil engineers alike. The hardcover booklets were specially coated and electroplated and published in German, Italian and Roman editions for a series of publications by the Glaubinden Building Department.
Since the late 1990s, Valerio Ogiati has been regarded as one of Switzerland's most independent and outstanding representative architects. His works include the School Building Paspels, 1998, Das Gelbe Haus, 1999, the Visiting Center Swiss National Park, 2008, and proposals to participate in the National Palace Museum Taiwan, 2004. Cultural Center's collection of publications about Ogiati includes “Collection of Works by 14 Students of Ogiati: 1998-2000” (14 Student Projects with Valerio Olgiati 1998-2000), limited edition of 500 copies of “Varerio Ogiati: One Percent Drawings” (Valerio Olgiati PLAN 1:100) Other out-of-print books.
